This appears to be a comp. LP from, like, late 1980's maybe.
Volume 2 of Music From the Dead Zone.

I was looking for PSYCLONES on ye olde web, of which there is little.
.. But this comp has them with Schlafengarten, and also has the Haters,
Hunting Lodge, and Little Fyodor... so I guess it could go either way.
